Child Care Resources, Inc. carefully screens and personally interviews all staff. References are required and verified.

CCR ensures that all of our teachers have been fingerprinted and background screened through the State of Texas and meet all Texas Department of Family & Protective Services guidelines and requirements for child care. This includes TB tests and background checks with the following agencies:

• Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS)

• Texas Department of Health & Human Services (HHS)

• United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)

CCR is as committed to the education of our teachers as we are to that of the children we serve. CCR teachers are trained and tested in the following:

• CPR & First Aid certification

• Shaken Baby Awareness

• Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) Awareness

• Early Childhood Development
